If you were the supreme ruler of the world, what would you do to change the relationship between Mexico and the United States?

If I was the supreme ruler of the world and I had to change the relationship between México and the United States of America and they had to do what I say I would have any bad feeling between the Mexican people and the American people go away. No one would hate any one or have a problem with them. After that I would remove all borders and ban fighting then get rid of all nuclear weapons. The only thing wrong with my plan is that, one its impossible, two there is no way to change thousands of peoples opinion, three I am not supreme ruler of the world, and four no one NO ONE on this earth has that much power. The best we can do is trust the people in power and vote when given the choice. If I was in power I would strongly recommend more talking with México. Also I would say that we should try and mix our cultures and more learn from each other then we already do. In the end it is up to people to make the change.
